This page is for the Lake Spivey Community marketing brochure.  Why here and not on the Lake Spivey Community website?  Because, at the current time, Association Voice seems to have a file size restriction that prevents uploading the file.  Once this is corrected the pdf will be uploaded to the LSCI parent site. 

The brochure is intended to market our community and not to promote any individual or company. 

The brochure is only a draft having started work on it in late April 2009.  It may take several months or even years for the pictures and text to be finalized.  Permission to publish the final product will have to be approved by the Lake Jodeco HOA, Lake Spivey Civic Association, Lake Spivey Golf Club, the International Park, and Lake Spivey Community, of course. 

The brochure is being created with Microsoft Publisher software.  The Publisher file size is 80MB and the final product will likely be closer to 100MB.

The pdf file linked below is 20MB and was saved in 300dpi resolution to reduce the file size.

Brochure draft revision (7/9/09):

• The text was edited by Sally Davis and her recommended changes have been made. 
• The brochure must be 16 pages for printing purposes so 2 pages have been added.  These pages may be used for:
  • Pictures from our member neighborhoods
  • Our "Strategic Plan".
• The original photos from past events are still needed to replace the poor quality pictures from the website.

Brochure draft revision (11/23/09):

• Made a few more minor changes
