Farmer Properties uses leading industry resources to aid our clients in their property search. In using these resources, we compile and interpret data to enable our buyers to make an intelligent offer for their purchase. We use historic sales data in databases from Georgia Metro Listing Service (GAMLS) and First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS), as well as, county tax records in addition to our knowledge of the communities we service.
