In using these resources, we compile and interpret data to enable our buyers
to make an intelligent offer for their purchase. We use historic sales
data in databases from Georgia Metro Listing Service (GAMLS) and
First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS), as well as, county tax
records in addition to our knowledge of the communities we service.

- After the sale, we will contact you to make sure

homestead exemption the following January after closing.
