Susan has been in the real estate business in Atlanta for over 20 years in commercial mortgage brokerage, commercial development, commercial appraisal, and since 1995, a full-time Realtor®. She started Farmer Properties in 1997 after having worked for years with Northside Realty, Coldwell-Banker Residential Brokerage and Century21 Holley Realty.
Claire is a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University, with a Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts as well as majors in Arts Management and Voice. She draws upon creativity fostered by her majors and experience in the advertising industry to assist sellers with new and innovative ways to promote and sell their homes. In addition, Claire has spent over 15 years in the home insurance industry, specializing in claims, appraisals, and high value homes.
Neil has been a technician for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in Atlanta since 1987. He has past commercial and residential construction experience and served in the U.S. Military. Neil has renovated several properties and is familiar with the advantages and disadvantages of such endeavors. He has been a Licensed Georgia Real Estate Agent since 1996.

Leslie Garwood has lived and worked in the Atlanta area for over thirty years. She has a Masters of Arts in Teaching degree from Emory University and has owned and operated her own tutoring business, serving primarily The Paideia School, and The Children’s School, for the past 18 years.
